Wellness + Morning Breakfast Green Smoothie

One of our most used wedding gifts is our Ninja. It was something that I was looking forward to in order to make smoothies for breakfast (it’s just such an easy way to get a lot of nutrients!). I wanted to share with you our favorite smoothie recipes, and see if you had any to share!

Green Smoothie Recipe

1 cup of frozen mango

1 handful of spinach or kale

4 ounces of water

1/2 banana

2 spoonfuls of plain non-fat Greek yogurt

2 scoops of collagen peptides

I tend to layer the smoothie like this from top to bottom: water, fruit, greens, banana, yogurt, and peptides.

Blend together (normally for about 50 seconds to a minute), and enjoy!

Berry Smoothie

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 handful of spinach or kale

4 ounces of water

1/2 banana

2 spoonfuls of natural peanut butter

2 scoop of collagen peptides

I tend to layer the smoothie like this from top to bottom: water, fruit, greens, banana, peanut butter, and peptides.

Blend together (normally for about 50 seconds to a minute), and enjoy!
